About Coach Dan Hennessey
A student of the game
I have been providing fastpitch hitting lessons to girls individually since January, 2000, and many of those years as various teams' hitting coach. I attribute my skill as a teacher of fastpitch skills to the excellent coaches and teams I have worked with and to my being a student of the game. To be a successful teacher, a person must be willing to continually learn. I am now focused on helping youth coaches who want to teach their players how to play fastpitch softball well, and to have a wonderful experience doing so.

- Seventeen years providing individual hitting instruction to fastpitch players
- Hitting coach for Cincinnati Elite 14U 2002 & 2003 seasons
- Top 10 finish both years in USSSA World Tournament (Florida)
- Individual hitting coach for six Cincinnati Doom 12U players in 2005
- The team won the 12U USSSA World Tournament (Eastern region)
